•    How an organisation’s tone of voice online impacts its social media strategy and supports transparent and persuasive copywriting

Day 2 AM

•    Industry Perspective Session #2:  How social media monitoring is applied within a business – delivered by social media practitioner/professional, typically a Company Managing Director or Account Director.
•    Practical skills development in social media monitoring and online reputation management

Day 2 PM

•    Course material review

Attendees must bring a wifi-enabled laptop to take part in the practical exercises.

Influence – Social Media Manager Pro is designed to train individuals with an interest in digital and social media marketing.

In order to attend the programme, you need to be able to answer ‘Yes’ to the following three questions. 

If you cannot, don't worry, you can sign up for our Influence - Social Media Manager Beginner course (1 day).  This will prepare you for the 2 day Pro course by familiarising you with the key tools and platforms used by professional Social Media Managers to deliver their PR and Marketing Campaigns.

ABOUT THE COURSE LEADER

Chi-chi Ekweozor is a gifted communicator with 5+ years experience in creating original content for the web.  Her company, Real Fresh TV, published Europe’s first video podcast, the 3 Minute Gig in 2006 and now advises companies as varied as T-Mobile, Contact Theatre Manchester and PUMA on how to create and execute effective social media marketing campaigns on some of the world's most popular social media sites.

Equally at home with developing multi-platform content campaigns as she is with devising social media marketing campaigns, she has a talent for presenting digital marketing concepts in clear, everyday language.

She was short listed for a 4Talent 2008 Multi-Platform Award.  The 4Talent Awards, sponsored by Channel 4, spotlight 20 highly creative individuals under the age of 30 who are tipped for the top in TV and new media.
